It’s Monday – Boo! How quickly the weekends role by. I swear we need to make our weekends three day weekends. Can I put a request through to the Presidential candidates to include this in their “to change” lists. You’ll for sure get my vote! **wink-wink**
Here’s a picture of my Longs Drugs and Ulta haul. Longs was having a buy any L’Oreal mascara, and get a free eyeshadow deal, so I grabbed the new 3 quad eyeshadow palette. I also got myself some Ardell false lashes. I’ve only really worn MAC lashes, but I know a few of the bloggers have mentioned this brand in their FOTDs, so I thought I’d give it a try, and it was 25% off. I couldn’t turn that down. 
I really didn’t get any makeup from Ulta, but I did buy a blending brush, with a smudge tip end. I’ll do a little review on the brush in a later post.
Although this weekend came and went, it was still fun and relaxing. I attended a baby shower on Saturday, which was fun. Anything involving a ton of people drunk and having tons of laughs is always fun times. =) I went to the MAC Pro store in San Francisco on Sunday .. oh man! I’m such a sucker and will buy anything the MUA recommends. I should really learn to say “No Thanks!” with my hand in their face. hehe … but of course .. I’m a weakling for makeup and I purchased a few things I’m contemplating on returning now. **sigh** I’ll post a pic and a list of the things I purchased later. After my shopping trip we walked around the block in search of a good Italian restaurant and unfortunately, couldn’t find one. My fiance and I ended up driving back to San Jose and ate our favorite Italian place, Giorgio’s. Seriously, yummy!
