NIKE GLADIATOR MID
As part of Nike’s Re-Mix & Re-Cut program for the summer of 2009, Art Center College student, Nancy Wu, got to work slicing together an Ancient Roman inspired sandal for Nike. Revealed as the Gladiator Mid, the shoe is only for women and comes in two colors either black or white with gold accents. Retailing for $110 at Collette, die-hard Nike lovin’ fashionistas are sure to pick up a pair. I think the bottom line is you either love these or you hate these. I’m not sure how I feel about them. I think I would need to see them on my feet to decide. The idea seems pretty cool though. They should make for some interesting tan lines.
