BE A BETTER PHOTOGRAPHER
Ever since I got my Canon DSLR I’ve always taken the opportunity to use it when I can. Obviously it’s not your typical pocket sized camera, I mean, the damn thing is in no way discreet. When I first got it I was slightly overwhelmed with all it’s features and a bit apprehensive about pulling it out during parties or events. At the time DSLR’s weren’t as mainstream, they took a back seat to half inch thick with 3 inch screen point and shoot cameras. I wanted to really learn how to use it and get the most out of the camera’s capabilities. I mean, let’s be honest—for example if you spend $500 dollars to get a super-duper camera with all the latest frickin’ technology and then use the “AUTO” function, then you’ve spent $400 more than you should. You really should’ve just bought the $100 camera because you would never know the difference. It’s one of the golden rules not only in photography, but technology: Just because you spend thousands of dollars on the latest and greatest equipment, it don’t mean shit if you don’t know how to use it.
Then again if you’re stinkin’ rich and have money fallin’ out your a-hole then you can be a bigger a-hole and just buy this because it looks so frickin’ SICK!:

It will be worth your time and you will get a good laugh. I know I’ve been guilty of some of the “WRONG’s” listed. For example:
